These sessions combine strength training, endurance training, short high intensity interval training, and various skill based movement training into a comprehensive program. Through a mix of aerobic exercise (running, jump rope, rowing), calisthenics (pull-ups, pushups, air squats), and weightlifting (barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells), CrossFit gives you a well rounded health and fitness routine that builds better core strength, stamina, coordination, agility, and balance.

Our Coaches take you through each step of your workouts with detailed instruction. We are here to make sure that you feel comfortable to get the best workout that you possibly can.

On-Boarding

Saturday @ 8:30AM • 50 MINUTES

Our On-Boarding sessions are meant for those either brand new to what CrossFit has to offer, or it’s been a while and the individual wants more a 1 on 1 attention to work on the basics. Our Head Coach will take you through basic movements like the squat, press, and lift, and also explain what to expect from classes. This session is designed to get new athletes more comfortable with attending classes, as well as help the coaches learn how the athlete moves and respond to coaching cues, so that the best service can be provided.
