These classes combine strength training, endurance training, short high intensity interval training, and various skill based movement training into a comprehensive program. Through a mix of aerobic exercise (running, jump rope, rowing), calisthenics (pull-ups, pushups, air squats), and weightlifting (barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells), CrossFit gives you a well rounded health and fitness routine that builds better core strength, stamina, coordination, agility, and balance.

Our Coaches take you through each step of your workouts with detailed instruction. We are here to make sure that you feel comfortable to get the best workout that you possibly can.

Deep Stretch


Deep stretch helps you recover from the week, and/or prepare for the days ahead. Our yoga expert, Corri, will take you through a guided 30 minute session of stretching that is specifically tailored to help the CrossFit Frostbite athlete recover.
